Meet The Founder

Track Legal was founded by Sarah Beard, an experienced executive search consultant who has built her reputation by being honest, direct and knowledgeable about the legal hiring market. Sarah works closely with lawyers, partners and law firms across London, with a particular specialism in helping candidates secure that next promotion (hence the name Track!).

Recently ranked as a Top 100 Legal Recruiter LinkedInfluencer, Sarah launched Track Legal to offer a more personal and considered approach. Candidates are given the time, space and honest advice they need to make the right strategic move, with every search handled directly by Sarah.
